I am a full-time single mom, part-time wellness coach, blogger and a vegan. I created this blog to help and inspire people take better care of themselves and the planet so we could all have healthier, happier lives. I believe that eating all natural whole foods will result in great health, long life, inner peace and overall wellbeing. Also, adapting an eco-friendly lifestyle gives a sense of contribution that will benefit many generations to come. Here you'll learn how to easily prepare delicious and nutritious plant-based food and make eco-friendly lifestyle decisions everyday. I am looking forward to help enrich lives and demonstrate how everyone can implement small changes to make choices that benefit not only ourselves but also everyone sharing this planet.

  1. Hi livingwelldarla! I'm Jerome from Pampanga. Me and my twin brother started going vegan just a few weeks ago.
The transition to meat to pure veggies/fruits was hard, especially if my family knows how to cook delicious recipes with meat. I'm glad to have found your blog and. More power to your Vegan life and Blog!

    1. That is great news! Welcome to the club =)

There are a lot of transition foods you can cook so you won't feel left out by your family when they are having meat.

Tofu is the most accessible and cheapest meat substitute you can get, message me if you have questions and maybe someday we can meet up and share recipes and stories

  2. We are building the first international eco-village for retired vegans, vegetarians and organic consumers. The location is Talisay, Batangas. The website is www.veganretirement.com.

I need help sourcing for food growers to produce the fruits, vegetables, legumes and grains for the community. The system is contract farming. The growers have to agree to follow guidelines based on the dietary needs of the residents and their food production philosophy. For example, no GMO seeds. In exchange, my estimate is each eco-village will spend about P24 million a year for their food requirements.
