I love kare-kare! it's a beef dish with peanut sauce, I was thinking of making it vegan so I looked for the ready made sauce mix and was happy to see that it is Vegan! yes! it only had ground peanuts, salt, ground rice and achuete in it. happy! I could make it from scratch but this one is convenient and easy to use, I will make some firm tofu and I will make it the main ingredient in my kare-kare. I will post pictures of it and the procedure soon.
